DKS Homes is a family owned residential home building company based in Auckland with over 18 years experience in the building industry and we pride ourselves on being family owned and not a franchise.

DKS Homes is owned and operated by Dennis and Karen Spooner. Dennis has over 18 years experience building top quality residential housing from modest budget houses to architecturally designer homes so rest assured you will be getting the right builder with a wealth of experience and Karen is a qualified Interior Designer who can provide that personal touch to your home that you are looking for with a great eye for detail.
